This Memorial Fund has been established in the name of Jeff Burd to honor his life and memory. General Donations made to this endowment will be used to provide charitable contributions in Jeff's name to organizations that work to increase awareness of meningococcal disease and the vaccines available to combat this disease, as well as provide support to individuals who have been affected by this disease.
